Greeting
Safeguarding the health of our employees and their families
As a company that provides safety, security, and health to our employees, we offer three services: “health counseling for employees and their families,” “health checkup organization that addresses health issues” and “specialists addressing prevention and pre-symptomatic diseases.”
In our “health counseling for employees and their families” service, we offer consultations for both employees and their families on health concerns and questions. In our “health checkup organization that addresses health issues” service, the In-House Health Clinic cares for employees feeling unwell and addresses issues that employees wish to resolve promptly. In our “specialists addressing prevention and pre-symptomatic diseases” service, we hope to support behaviors that promote employee health such as discussing hygiene and outpatient smoking cessation therapy.
Making work more fun and lively We will contribute to making every day that way.

Message from a public health nurse
Occupational health nurses are qualified as clinical nurses and public health nurses and are specialists in maintaining and improving the health of all employees and in activities aimed at improving labor environments.
We are happy to speak with all OBC employees about any mental or physical health concerns that they may have.
Health-related information is also regularly shared using internal tools.
As public health nurses, we hope to be a familiar presence with whom employees feel comfortable consulting.
Features of the OBC In-House Health Clinic
An in-house health clinic run by doctors
Not only does OBC provide services in cooperation with other clinics, but also we have our own clinic directly run by licensed physicians within the Company.
All employees and their families benefit from the OBC In-House Health Clinic
Naturally OBC employees are able to use the OBC In-House Health Clinic, and we have created a space that allows their family members to consult with physicians.
Employees working at our branches are also able to use the OBC In-House Health Clinic remotely
Because the OBC In-House Health Clinic is located within our headquarters, employees working there can use it directly. The OBC In-House Health Clinic is also able to care for employees working at our branches through online appointments.
Employees should feel free to share both physical and mental health concerns with the OBC In-House Health Clinic
The OBC In-House Health Clinic provides care for physical injuries as well as mental healthcare for our employees.
Launch of a helpdesk run by occupational health nurses
Occupational health nurses act as the point of contact for employees. Employees may feel more comfortable discussing certain things with occupational health nurses rather than physicians.
Coordination among occupational physicians, doctors, and occupational health nurses
Charts are created for each employee. OBC has a complete follow-up system even after consultations and checkups are complete. Please feel free to consult with the OBC In-House Health Clinic.

Feedback from users
I used the OBC In-House Health Clinic because I was not feeling well during work. It was extremely convenient because they were able to see me quickly online. I can feel comfortable at work every day knowing that the OBC In-House Health Clinic is available to discuss any health concerns. Because they also offer online appointments, I can feel comfortable using them when I want to discuss any health concerns.
As part of my sales activities, I introduced the health and productivity management seminars offered by Dr. Wada to our customers. The seminars gave me more opportunities to think about my health, and as a result, I started smoking cessation therapy. Because I had more time for work after my consultation, I was able to be more productive and feel more energized at work.
I used the OBC In-House Health Clinic when I wasn’t feeling well on a weeknight to talk about whether to monitor myself at home or what department to visit if I decided to go to the hospital. Because I received such good advice based on an understanding of my situation, my concerns were eased and I was able to concentrate on my work. I also felt extremely comfortable because I was able to consult with a person of my same gender. I think that I will use the OBC In-House Health Clinic again if I’m feeling a little unwell in my everyday life.
