Product Strategy
OBC has two types of product strategies. The first is our core business systems, which we have developing for over 40 years. The second is Bugyo Cloud Edge, a business service for employees.
Core business systems are in the process of shifting to the cloud, and we offer a lineup of products for middle-ranking, small and medium-sized enterprises that can be used by a wide range of customers, as well as products for specific business functions, such as accounting and personnel affairs. Bugyo Cloud Edge is a cloud service used by employees, which we launched in 2015. We have positioned Bugyo Cloud Edge as a new business domain, and we aim to expand it as a service that can contribute to furthering digital transformation (DX).
Growth Strategy
OBC’s growth strategy is built on three pillars: (A) maintaining and strengthening our existing customer base, (B) acquiring new customers, and (C) increasing average sales per customer by expanding applicable business areas and increasing sales of Bugyo Cloud Edge.
- (A) Maintaining and strengthening our existing customer base
Maintain a 99.4% contract renewal rate and promote “Up to Cloud” through version upgrades, etc. - (B) Acquiring new customers
Strengthen cloud compatibility, differentiate products by enhancing product features, introduce new products and services, promote digital marketing, strengthen advertising, strengthen partner ecosystem, etc. - (C) Increasing average sales per customer by expanding applicable business areas and increasing sales of Bugyo Cloud Edge
Establish new business areas for Bugyo Cloud Edge, strengthen cross-selling to existing customers, etc.
